$8,000 first-time home buyers tax credit extended for military

A coworker forwarded me an article today about the $8,000 first-time home buyer's tax credit being extended for the military. Apparently it's been extended for a year if the service member has spent at least 90 days outside of the country between Dec 31, 2008 and May 2010! This is awesome for those who wanted to take advantage of this credit but were deployed (or whose spouse was deployed).

FYI...this also applies to the $6,500 repeat home buyer's tax credit!
